If you are migrating your email service, from gmail or Google Apps for Your Domain to Sooma, you need to export your Google mailbox content to import into the Sooma service. To do this:
- Visit the Google Takeout page.
- Turn off all products except “Mail – All Mail” Click “Next”
- Choose as format “.tgz” and as maximum size “50GB”. Choose as delivery method “Send Download Link via Email”. Click “Create Archive”
- When you receive the email from Google with the link, download the indicated file or files (if the archive has been split into more than one).
- Follow the instructions given by the Sooma support service to send the files for import.
